I’ve never had a fast metabolism. I’ve always had to work hard to be in-shape, so I understand what it’s like to feel that sometimes life isn’t fair when it comes to achieving an ideal weight and staying there. I’ve learned along the way that what matters most is finding balance, developing self-love, and understanding and being confident in what feels right and works for me, and what doesn’t. This applies not just to diet, exercise, and weight, but really to all aspects of my life.
No one diet works for everyone. And since there’s a lot more to health than just diet, it’s not just about food. As a health coach, I work to determine what aspects of your life may be hindering your happiness and wellness, and how we can improve them. During the program, I’ll guide you in finding the food & lifestyle choices that best support you. I work to assist you in making gradual, lifelong changes that will enable you to reach your health goals. There are no magic pills, but with consistency in working with me as your health coach, you can get to where you want to be.
