Vanilla Yogurt Matcha Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 TSP matcha
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 TSP vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of stevia

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the batter onto a sprayed medium pan over medium heat, forming 3 pancakes. Cook until lightly browned, then flip over and repeat.
  • Remove from heat and top with honey, syrup, butter, apple, strawberries, granola, or whatever else your heart desires!
