Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin with 12 muffin cups.
Place old fashioned oats in a food processor, and pulse until fine.
Place oats in a medium bowl, then add in cinnamon, salt and baking powder. Stir to combine.
In another bowl, place mashed banana, almond butter, brown sugar, almond milk and vanilla. Use an electric mixer to combine well.
Add dry mixture into wet, and beat just until combined.
Spoon evenly into muffin cups.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean (Mine baked in 17 minutes).
Cool slightly on a wire rack, then enjoy!
