Cocoa Banana Blueberry Protein Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Blue Diamond dark chocolate almonds
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 TBSP chocolate almond milk soy/rice/regular milk is fine too
  • 1 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 1/4 TSP stevia
  • 1/4 TSP vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Check the consistency, and add in another TBSP of milk if desired.
  • Pour into a bowl and chill for 20 minutes, then enjoy!
  • Optional: Reserve half of the almonds for a crunchy topping. Chop them up before sprinkling on top of prepared pudding.
