Cocoa Banana Blueberry Protein Pudding

- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup Blue Diamond dark chocolate almonds
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 TBSP chocolate almond milk soy/rice/regular milk is fine too
- 1 TBSP cocoa powder
- 1/4 TSP stevia
- 1/4 TSP vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Check the consistency, and add in another TBSP of milk if desired.
Pour into a bowl and chill for 20 minutes, then enjoy!
Optional: Reserve half of the almonds for a crunchy topping. Chop them up before sprinkling on top of prepared pudding.
