Salted Cookie Dough Bites {vegan + gf}

- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup creamy cashew butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 TBSP shredded coconut
- 2 TBSP dark chocolate chips
- 1 TBSP almond milk
- 2 TSP vanilla extract
- 1/4 TSP fine sea salt
Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor.
Process until everything is blended together well and forms a sticky ball of dough.
Add in the chocolate chips and pulse for just another 10 seconds until the chocolate chips are blended in.
Remove the dough from the processor and roll into 10 balls. Enjoy!
