Salted Cookie Dough Bites {vegan + gf}

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup creamy cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 TBSP shredded coconut
  • 2 TBSP dark chocolate chips
  • 1 TBSP almond milk
  • 2 TSP vanilla extract
  • 1/4 TSP fine sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor.
  • Process until everything is blended together well and forms a sticky ball of dough.
  • Add in the chocolate chips and pulse for just another 10 seconds until the chocolate chips are blended in.
  • Remove the dough from the processor and roll into 10 balls. Enjoy!
