Ingredients
  

  • 8- 6 " flour tortillas
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt use dairy free for a vegan version
  • 1 cup cashew pieces
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Slice the strawberries.
  • Spread 1/4 cup of yogurt onto each tortilla.
  • Evenly arrange the strawberries, blueberries, cashew pieces, and shredded coconut on each tortilla on top of the yogurt.
  • Enjoy!
