- 8- 6 " flour tortillas
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 1/3 cup blueberries
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt use dairy free for a vegan version
- 1 cup cashew pieces
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Slice the strawberries.
Spread 1/4 cup of yogurt onto each tortilla.
Evenly arrange the strawberries, blueberries, cashew pieces, and shredded coconut on each tortilla on top of the yogurt.
