Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of garbanzo beans
  • 170 g of steamed artichoke hearts 10 pieces
  • 2 TBSP fresh parsley
  • 2 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain & rinse garbanzo beans.
  • Roughly chop the artichoke hearts and parsley.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy cold or hot.
