Balsamic Grilled Asparagus with Shaved Parmesan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch of asparagus about 20 spears, trimmed
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 TBSP balsamic glaze
  • 2 TBSP shaved parmesan
  • Mixed up salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to 375 degrees or medium heat. I used my little indoor grill, but you can also use a real grill or just a large saute pan.
  • Combine the asparagus and red onion in a large bowl. Drizzle the olive oil on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the veggies on the grill and let it cook for 5 minutes. Stir, then let it cook again until tender (about 5 minutes more).
  • Remove veggies from heat. Drizzle balsamic glaze over top, and sprinkle with shaved cheese.
