Mince garlic and onion and chop broccoli, pepper and mushroom into bite sized pieces.
In a large pan, warm vegetable broth over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook until lightly browned.
Add the rest of the veggies, and cook about 7-10 minutes, or until tender.
Meanwhile, cook noodles al dente according to package directions, then drain.
In another large saute pan, heat the sesame oil over medium-low heat.
Add the noodles and cook until they're lightly browned, constantly tossing.
Once veggies are cooked add them to the pasta. Add sea salt and pepper and sprinkle sesame seeds on top, then toss to combine. Serve while hot.
