PB Cherry Granola Apple Sandwiches

- 1 medium apple
- 2 TBSP dried cherries
- 1 serving of PB2 powdered peanut butter or any kind of nut butter
- 1/4 cup granola I use cinnamon raisin granola
- Cinnamon for sprinkling
Cut the apple into circular slices.
Spread peanut butter evenly onto half of the slices. Sprinkle the granola and evenly place the dried cherries on top.
Place the apple slices on top to form little sandwiches, then sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Enjoy!
