Ingredients
  

  • 3 TBSP pure pumpkin
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 2 TBSP chopped pecans
  • 1/4 TSP pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 TSP vanilla extract
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 packet of truvia sweetener optional
  • Cinnamon for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine the banana, pumpkin, honey, pumpkin pie spice, almond milk, vanilla, protein powder, truvia, and 1 1/2 TBSP of pecan pieces. Blend until well combined.
  • Pour into a bowl, top with remaining pecans and sprinkle with cinnamon.
