Honey Almond Ricotta Fruit Parfait

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pear halves
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 2 TBSP honey roasted slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup low-fat ricotta

Instructions
 

  • Slice strawberries and pear halves.
  • Combine 1/2 TBSP honey, 1 TBSP slivered almonds and ricotta in a small bowl.
  • Place 1/2 of the fruit on the bottom of a tall, wide glass. Add 1/2 of ricotta mixture. Repeat layering once more. Top parfait with remaining honey and almonds. Enjoy!
