Ingredients
  

  • 1-15 oz can white beans drained & rinsed
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 2 TBSP water
  • 2 TSP freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 TSP sea salt
  • 1/4 TSP cayenne pepper
  • 2 TBSP sweet pepper diced

Instructions
 

  • Put the white beans, cashews, water, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Do not overprocess.
  • Transfer to a bowl and fold in the diced pepper.
