- 12 dates
- 1/2 cup pecan chips
- 1/2 TSP vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 TBSP honey
- 1/2 TSP pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined. You may need to scrap the batter off the sides of the food processor and pulse a few times more.
Roll into 7 balls. Chill in the fridge for a bit before enjoying.
