- 2 kiwis quartered without skins
- 1 cup almond milk
- A pinch of Stevia sweetener optional
- 1 TBSP lime juice
- 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt regular or dairy free both work
- 1 TSP vanilla extract
- 1 TBSP graham cracker crumbs or vegan marshmallows for topping
- Ice
Combine the kiwis, milk, stevia, lime juice, yogurt, vanilla extract, and ice in a blender. Pulse until well combined.
Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs or mini marshmallows on top.
