Pineapple Mint Belly Soother Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • 1/2 scoop Puritan's Pride soy protein powder
  • 1 TBSP psyllium husk seed powder
  • 1/2 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1-1 g packet of stevia or any other sweetener of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
