Chocolate Coconut Caramel Smoothie [Vegan & Healthy!]

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup Almond Breeze coconut almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 TBSP shredded coconut
  • 1 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 1 TBSP almond butter
  • 1 TBSP maple syrup
  • 1 TBSP dark chocolate chips
  • 1/8 TSP cinnamon
  • 1/4 TSP vanilla extract
  • A few handfuls of ice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Optional: save 1/2 of the coconut and 1/2 of the chocolate chips for topping smoothie with. Pour into a glass, and enjoy!

Notes

Ensure that the dark chocolate chips are vegan if necessary.
