Baked Apple & Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1/2 cup dry old fashioned oats
  • 2 TBSP creamy peanut butter
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 1/4 TSP cinnamon plus more for sprinkling
  • Dash salt

Instructions
 

  • Chop up the apple. Boil 1 cup of water with a dash of salt in a small pot.
  • Add in the oats, chopped apple, and cinnamon, and cook over medium low until you've achieved the desired consistency of your oatmeal, around 4-6 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add in peanut butter and honey, and stir to combine. Sprinkle in more cinnamon if desired.
  • Pour into a bowl and enjoy it while it's hot!
