Chop up the apple. Boil 1 cup of water with a dash of salt in a small pot.
Add in the oats, chopped apple, and cinnamon, and cook over medium low until you've achieved the desired consistency of your oatmeal, around 4-6 minutes.
Remove from heat, add in peanut butter and honey, and stir to combine. Sprinkle in more cinnamon if desired.
Pour into a bowl and enjoy it while it's hot!
