Tropical Avocado Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 nectarine
  • 2 apricots
  • 1 medium mango
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2/3 cup strawberries
  • 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
  • 1 TBSP fresh mint chopped

Instructions
 

  • Peel and remove pits from all fruit. Finely dice the avocado, nectarine, apricot, mango, kiwi and strawberries. Place in a medium bowl.
  • Finely chop the mint and add to the bowl. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice. Gently toss to combine. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
