Tropical Avocado Fruit Salsa

- 1 medium avocado
- 1 nectarine
- 2 apricots
- 1 medium mango
- 1 kiwi
- 2/3 cup strawberries
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
- 1 TBSP fresh mint chopped
Peel and remove pits from all fruit. Finely dice the avocado, nectarine, apricot, mango, kiwi and strawberries. Place in a medium bowl.
Finely chop the mint and add to the bowl. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice. Gently toss to combine. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
