Smoky Almond Hummus

- 1 15- oz can garbanzo beans
- 2 TBSP tahini
- 1/2 cup Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds
- 1 garlic clove quartered
- 5 TBSP water plus more as needed
- Juice from 1/2 small lemon
- 1/4 TSP salt
- 1/2 TSP paprika
- 1/8 pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor, including 5 TBSP of water, and pulse until mostly smooth.
Scrape down the sides of the processor, and add in more water as needed, 1 TBSP at a time, until you achieve the desired consistency.
Serve with pretzels, crackers, chips, etc. It goes great on sandwiches as an alternative to mayonnaise too!
