Smoky Almond Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15- oz can garbanzo beans
  • 2 TBSP tahini
  • 1/2 cup Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds
  • 1 garlic clove quartered
  • 5 TBSP water plus more as needed
  • Juice from 1/2 small lemon
  • 1/4 TSP salt
  • 1/2 TSP paprika
  • 1/8 pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor, including 5 TBSP of water, and pulse until mostly smooth.
  • Scrape down the sides of the processor, and add in more water as needed, 1 TBSP at a time, until you achieve the desired consistency.
  • Serve with pretzels, crackers, chips, etc. It goes great on sandwiches as an alternative to mayonnaise too!
