Banana Coconut Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of your choice
  • 1/2 TSP- 1 TSP matcha powder depending on how strong you like your matcha
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 TBSP honey you can use agave to make it vegan
  • 1/4 TSP vanilla extract
  • 1/4 TSP cinnamon
  • Handful of ice

Instructions
 

  • Combine 1/2 of the shredded coconut and all of the remaining ingredients in a blender, pulsing until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, and sprinkle the remaining coconut shreds on top. Enjoy with a spoon!
