Banana Coconut Matcha Smoothie

- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of your choice
- 1/2 TSP- 1 TSP matcha powder depending on how strong you like your matcha
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 TBSP honey you can use agave to make it vegan
- 1/4 TSP vanilla extract
- 1/4 TSP cinnamon
- Handful of ice
Combine 1/2 of the shredded coconut and all of the remaining ingredients in a blender, pulsing until smooth.
Pour into a glass, and sprinkle the remaining coconut shreds on top. Enjoy with a spoon!
