Chunky Monkey Protein Bites [vegan, gf]

- 1/3 cup dry rolled oats ensure they're gluten free if necessary
- 1-30 g scoop plant-based chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 banana divided into a few chunks
- 3 TBSP pure maple syrup
- 2 TBSP cocoa powder
- 2 TBSP hemp hearts
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until it forms a thick dough.
Roll into 8 evenly sized balls. If the dough seems too sticky, mix into another 1-2 TBSP of oats, or roll the bites in a bit of oats.
Keep stored in the fridge until ready to be eaten or taken on-the-go!
