Chocolate Cherry Cashew Smoothie Bowl [vegan]

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 TBSP [vegan] mini chocolate chips
  • 1 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 20 g/2 TBSP dried cherries
  • 15 g/2 TBSP raw cashews chopped
  • 1/2 scoop [plant-based] chocolate protein powder optional
  • 1/2 TSP vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine frozen cherries, banana, cashew milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, protein powder (if using), vanilla, and half of the mini chocolate chips. Pulse until combined and mostly smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and top with remaining chocolate chips, raw cashews and dried cherries. Enjoy immediately!
