Instructions
In a food processor, combine frozen cherries, banana, cashew milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, protein powder (if using), vanilla, and half of the mini chocolate chips. Pulse until combined and mostly smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and top with remaining chocolate chips, raw cashews and dried cherries. Enjoy immediately!
