Anti-Inflammatory Banana Turmeric Smoothie [vegan + gf]

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vanilla cashew milk or almond milk, or any other milk of your choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 TSP turmeric
  • 1/2 TSP cinnamon
  • 1/4 TSP ground ginger
  • 1 TBSP hemp hearts
  • 1 TBSP pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 TSP vanilla extract
  • Dash of ground black pepper
  • 1-2 handfuls of ice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and sprinkle extra cinnamon on top if you'd like.
