Honey Baked Pear with an Oat, Date & Almond Topping

- 1 ripe Bosc pear
- 1 TBSP honey
- 2 TBSP honey slivered almonds
- 3 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats dry
- 1/4 TSP cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 375. Coat a small baking dish with cooking spray.
Slice the pear, then layer in the baking dish.
Combine the oats, dates, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor, and pulse until oats are fine and dates are chopped into pieces. Spoon on top of pear slices.
Add almonds and drizzle honey over pear.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until pear is tender and almonds are lightly browned.
Transfer to a bowl or plate, and enjoy!
