honey roasted slivered almonds

low-fat ricotta
Instructions
Slice strawberries and pear halves.
Combine 1/2 TBSP honey, 1 TBSP slivered almonds and ricotta in a small bowl.
Place 1/2 of the fruit on the bottom of a tall, wide glass. Add 1/2 of ricotta mixture. Repeat layering once more. Top parfait with remaining honey and almonds. Enjoy!
