- 1 can of garbanzo beans
- 170 g of steamed artichoke hearts 10 pieces
- 2 TBSP fresh parsley
- 2 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- Salt to taste
Drain & rinse garbanzo beans.
Roughly chop the artichoke hearts and parsley.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy cold or hot.
