Most people have certain foods they eat all the time. Though I like to change up my eats, I definitely have some staple foods that I don't get sick of - including bananas, protein bars, berries, peanut butter, almonds, apples and yogurt. I usually eat a yogurt a day, and a lot of the time they're Greek. When it comes to Greek yogurt, Chobani is by far my favorite brand. A couple of weeks ago, I got excited when I saw a package at my door, because the lovely people at Chobani sent me two of their new flavors to try! Ever have one of those evenings where you're just not feeling dinner? No "dinner" food sounded appealing to me tonight, and I wanted something cold, so I made a new yummy smoothie combo. Post-workout, this smoothie is great because it packs a good amount of protein, 2 servings of fruit, and fulfills the following amounts of daily vitamin recommendations: 15% Vitamin A, 115% of Vitamin C, 72% Calcium, and 13% iron. Hello! Hope you had a wonderful weekend. I had a low-key few days and wound up getting random things done (and finally kicking this cold! YES!).
