Happy weekend! I hope that all of those that celebrate it had a wonderful Christmas. I arrived back in SoCal late last night. I had a fabulous time in Jersey, but as always, it’s nice to get back home too. My week at home sped by, and while it was a pretty quick trip compared to how long I typically go home for, I had a ton of fun. [My Life Lately] Wining & Dining All Over Jersey
Hey there! Happy Hump Day! I've now been in Jersey for 12 days spending time with a lot of loved ones. My weekdays mornings and afternoons have been kind of normal in that I'm working from home, only instead of having my dog Harley by my side and being in my own home, I'm working from my parents' and have this new puppy as my companion: Her name is Jada, and my parents rescued her a couple of weeks ago from what we suspect may have been a dogfighting situation. She's a puppy somewhere around 6 months old, and her and I have become the best of friends. She's a very sweet girl and a big cuddler, and I've been working on helping my parents start to train her. A Tribute to My Grandma
Happy Mothers Day! I think it's fitting to share a post about my grandma with you all on the day of the year dedicated to celebrating the wonderful mothers and grandmothers in our lives. I've been blessed with such an awesome mom, and am also lucky to have grown up with an amazing grandma, who passed away a little over a week ago. I think that for a lot of people, a grandma is someone they see a few times a year at holidays, get weird gifts from that they'll never use, and never have real conversations about life with. For me, when my grandma passed away, I lost one of the closest people in the world to me. My grandma was such a selfless person. She worried about us before she worried about herself.
