Hope your week is off to a good start! It was just another manic Monday for me. I had a good day, it was just go-go-go. And when I finally sat down to relax tonight, I decided that an alcoholic beverage was a fabulous idea. Usually wine is my choice of drink, but tonight I had something else in mind that revolved around this super fruit: Kiwi is packed with a lot of goodness, including fiber, Vitamin C and folic acid. Hello from San Diego! I got back home late last night and picked up Harley earlier today from the pet resort. She was a ball of energy until a few moments ago, when I sat down on my couch and put up my foot rest, her favorite napping spot. She promptly curled up on my legs and passed out.
