Well, in the very unlikely chance that you go to my gym, you recently may have... because I've been back working out at the gym! After 2 weeks of staying away from the gym and doing light at-home workouts due to my foot injury, I decided to try going to the gym. Since I only have light weights at home, I wanted to head to the gym to do some heavier upper body strength training. It certainly has been challenging to come up with exercises where I'm not putting pressure on my foot, but I've been managing to do some pretty good arm/back/ab workouts. Sound Off: My Gym Pet Peeves
While I was sitting around at jury duty yesterday, I got to thinking about my gym session the day before. A lot of the time I leave the gym feeling great all around, but Tuesday was a bit of a different story. I had an above average workout, but it was just one of those days where the gym environment irked me in more ways than one. This propelled me to come up with a list of the things that annoy me most at the gym, and I know I can't be alone here!
